Bespoke Design Process
Our bespoke process takes you through every stage from CAD design, wax modelling, refined rendering, and the final finished piece.
Inspiration
Bring us your inspiration, send us a screenshot from Instagram, a scene from your favourite show, a sketch or a cherished photograph of your grandmother’s vintage necklace, we can help you recreate the design in house with our specialised team. Consultation can be done online or in-store.
Design Process
Once the initial sketch is ready, we create a computer Computer Aided Design (CAD). CAD software allows designers to create a detailed digital twin of the jewellery piece. Dimensions, proportions, and intricate details are meticulously crafted using this technology.
3D Wax Printing
Wax 3D printing is a process that utilizes the CAD design to create intricate wax models. These models serve as the foundation for casting jewellery pieces. The process involves using a specialized 3D printer that deposits layers of wax material to build up the desired design. This process usually takes 24 - 48 hours based on design and work load. We will send you an image of the design thus far, for your approval.
Production
Your order now goes into the process of casting the wax, cleaning and filing of the ring with extra gold or platinum. After casting, jewellery undergoes meticulous polishing, setting of gemstones, and any additional embellishments. Depending on the complexity of your design, production can take from 4 weeks to 6 weeks.

The most exciting moment! You can now try on your bespoke jewellery piece. For both you and us, seeing the finished product and trying it on is a special part of the process. If there are any issues, rest assured that we can fix them. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
